We will shortly be performing scheduled maintenance in the form of a major database infrastructure update on our core systems. This work will improve the stability and reliability of the Console, facilitate the future growth of our business, and is in line with our ongoing brand and platform integration activities. To minimise the impact to your business we have scheduled this critical maintenance during what is typically the period of least activity.
What does this mean for me?
During the maintenance window of 7pm Friday 15 July to 7am Saturday 16 July, you will be unable to access your Console account to process new orders, upgrades or renewals of existing products. WebmailOX will also be unavailable for Cloud-hosted customers, although please note that the email service itself will remain fully functional throughout.
We expect normal business operation to resume by 8am Saturday 16 July. We will have multiple senior engineers and administrators across multiple locations working throughout the maintenance window and monitoring progress closely to ensure any unforeseen complications are dealt with promptly.
